Terms of service
These terms explain what you can expect from Fimlu and what we ask of you in return.
Your account
You need an account to buy books and to open your library. Accounts are for adults, and you are responsible for keeping your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Orders and payment review
Orders are reviewed automatically after successful payment verification. In some cases, manual review may be required.
Digital access and licensing
When a book is added to your library you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it within your household. You may not copy, resell, share, upload or publicly perform the files, and you may not attempt to remove any protection from them.
Copyright in every storybook stays with its author, illustrator and publisher.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access accounts, orders or files that are not yours.
- Do not probe, scan or disrupt the service or its security controls.
- Do not use the contact form to send unlawful or abusive content.
Availability
We work to keep the shop available and our catalogue accurate, but titles may be added or withdrawn. Books already in your library remain available to you unless access is revoked because of a payment problem or a breach of these terms.
Refunds
Because books are delivered digitally, refunds are considered case by case. Contact us and we will look at your order.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will change the date below. Continuing to use Fimlu after an update means you accept the revised terms.
