Welcome to Fimlu. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fimlu website, customer accounts, digital products, and related services. Please read them carefully. By using Fimlu, you agree to these Terms.

1. Customer accounts

You may create a Fimlu account using either:

• Your email address and a password you choose
• Google Sign-In, by clicking "Continue with Google"

Both sign-in methods access the same customer account when they use the same verified email address. This means your library, orders, and reviews stay together regardless of how you sign in.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you suspect someone else has used your account, please contact us immediately.

2. Digital products

When you purchase a digital book or bundle from Fimlu, you receive a personal licence to use that product for non-commercial, household purposes. This licence does not transfer ownership of the book, artwork, or any other content to you.

Purchasing a digital product does not give you copyright or any other intellectual property rights in the underlying work. All books, illustrations, and related materials remain the property of their authors, illustrators, publishers, or Fimlu.

Your purchased products remain available in your Fimlu Library for as long as the service is offered and your account remains in good standing.

3. Payments

Fimlu processes payments securely through trusted payment providers. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

Some orders may require manual verification before digital products are released to your library. This is a security measure to protect both our customers and our business.

4. Refund policy

Because Fimlu sells digital products, refunds are generally limited once content has been successfully delivered to your account. However, we understand that mistakes happen, and we may consider refund requests in situations such as:

• Duplicate payment for the same order
• Incorrect charge or billing error
• A verified technical issue that prevents access to a purchased product
• Other situations that we review individually

Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind after a digital product has been delivered. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

When using Fimlu, you agree not to:

• Redistribute, copy, or share digital products with anyone outside your household
• Resell or attempt to resell any digital product
• Share download links publicly or post them on third-party sites
• Attempt to access accounts, orders, or files that do not belong to you
• Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the website
• Use the service in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner

Violations of this section may result in account suspension, legal action, or both.

6. Account suspension

Fimlu may suspend or terminate accounts that are involved in fraud, abuse, copyright infringement, repeated violations of these Terms, or any other activity that harms our business or customers. Where appropriate, you may contact our support team to ask about account actions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Fimlu, including but not limited to books, artwork, illustrations, branding, logos, website text, and software, is the intellectual property of Fimlu or its respective rights holders. You may not use this content without permission, except as allowed under these Terms for personal use of purchased products.

8. Limitation of liability

Fimlu provides its services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or temporary unavailability of our website or products. This includes, for example, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to Fimlu is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or where required by applicable law.

9. Force majeure

Fimlu is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These may include internet outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or failures of third-party services we rely on to operate the store.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by the law of your location.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as Fimlu grows and improves. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Fimlu after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
